how do i make my own glow in the dark item?

i want to make a few lids that glow in the dark - so basic plastic - how and where could i go about getting these made?

Get some Glow-In-The-Dark Paint from http://www.sciplus.com , then get some Plastic Lids elsewhere, in whatever size You want, and paint them.There are several different Colors available. If You want them Custom Made from Scratch, be prepared to Pay Big Buck$ !
