I keep finding these bugs in my room...they are usually crawling on my bed. They are very small, rectangular and have horizontal strips of dark color (grey or brown). What are they? What do I do to get rid of them?

It depends on where you live. Shield bugs are coming out of dormancy now in North Carolina and they are everywhere; they are black with red stripes. Totally harmless. My guess is that you're just in the middle of a "hatch" and they'll disappear soon enough. If you close the windows and they're still showing up, or if they are there all the time, then it might be something within the dwelling.
