every time i do a poo i have a few drops of blood come out what should i do about it , it has been like that for a week a think oh yea and am 18weeks pregnant

I think you should go and see your doctor. Have you been constipated? If you have then the blood could be from straining to poop. If so you should ask your doctor to recommend a stool softener that is safe for you to use while you are pregnant.

It may be as simple as hemorroids, or maybe if your a little constipated your tearing down there when you go, but you should never ignore bloody stool (poo). Call your OB and let her/him decide what to do about it.
