While exiting my underground parking spot, my drivers side of both doors got scraped and dented by a pilar. It was the driver's door and passenger door behing it. Also part of the driver's door molding strip came off (about 3 inches). There were also dents around the bottom and middle of both doors. I need to know how much it will cost to get this repaired. I have a 2003 Mazda Protege LX 2.0

Would the repair shop have to put on new doors or would they just buff out the dents?

You have to go to a couple body shops, not repair shops, and get some free estimates. Insurance covers a little bit. Talk to your agent if you want insurance to cover some of it.

If the damage isn't too severe, they'll fix the dents and will have to repaint the door. One parking lot hit-and-run dent on a door will cost $300-$350 to fix. But the body shop made three holes in the interior of my door, by the door handle.

You can get a free quote from a repair shop. YOu should get 6 to 10 quotes. They will all vary.

Its hard to say without seeing it, but I bet it will be anywhere from $500.00 to $1,000.00. unless you can find a friend or someone with that kind of knowledge to fix it.
