I believe that girl is an active poster on the www.verticaldance.com pole dancing forum. (As am I) It took me about four months to acheive a nice look on the pole, and then I ordered one and put it in my livingroom. It's painful and often difficult to learn those moves. But it can be done. Everyone learns at their own pace, and your bravery will determine how fast you learn. If you want to see some AMAZING pole dancing look up Pantera, she is known all over this country and the UK as one of the best. She's an awesome person too.

Well it depends if you are learning it by yourself or if you are going to get lessons. well if you are learning by yourself and you have a pole you would half to look up ways to pole dance or how do you pole dance. but if you are getting lessons it depends on how fast u learn and how the good the person is that is teaching you. but either way its just by your ability and how fast you learn

if you have never been on a pole before it all depends., you have to have upper body strength. If you know the basic's but do not know how to do inverts but do have the upper body strength and you gave 100% and you were motivated, i would say at home maybe 1 week. If you took lessons and wanted to learn just basic's, such as fireman, Front hook spin, Side Hook Spin, and basic inverts i would say by the 3rd or 4th lesson. You can get a pole at www.stinkiepinkie.com and click on dance poles so you can teach your self.

Wow. Just... wow.
I'm guessing that she has an unimagineable level of natural talent, has been doing gymnastics since elementary school, and has three or four years of actual pole dancing training.

Nice. I would say a number of weeks if they are really fit and strong in the legs. That takes a lots of strength and muscle control.
