iTunes problem please help!?

ive had iTunes for a quite some time, probly around 2 years, ive upgraded regularly, and now its sayin it wont run due to system audio configurations. Can anyone help because apple has been no help.

I just finish a course on trouble shooting with a score of 100.
Uninstall itunes and re-install.

maybe the song you have downloaded or bought, doesn't have the right sound to it .

reinstall it and if that dont work ur doomed
