If you are talking about aggregated time, it can be added together to get you out sooner, the answer is yes. A lot has to do with the particular state that you are doing time in. If it's Fed time, then they have their own rules too. The person to talk to would be your inmate legal council, and get their take on the subject.

If you are talking about prison time, you need to talk with your prison counselor. Different states have different ways of figuring prison time.
