Why does everyone hate fall out boy?

Fall Out Boy is like my fave band and they have been disrespected i got to go on stage with them for once in a life time i was like omg i got free album anyways why it makes me so mad that people hate them

I despise them because they're a cookie cutter band that does little/nothing to differentiate themselves from the other cookie cutter emo bands.

Gosh, I don't know! why do people hate classical or country or rap music and think people that like them are elitist/hicks/lowlifes?

I personally love them but people have different opinions as to what bands and music they like.Im sure theres bands you dont like that other people do

not everyone hates them.. it's just that those people that "hate" them also hate "emo" and class them in that group or maybe they think that fob are sell-outs...
i like their older stuff better though..

not every one does, i love them. i like their older music more though. i remember having the biggest crush on pete wentz before any one else even knew his name. not any more tho

I(and many others I'm sure) hate them because they're an emo band. they get on my nerves. the lead singer is whiny, their bassist is very full of himself, and emos in general just get on my nerves.
