When I press update on the NOD 32 Mirror, it does nothing. Does anyone know how to fix this?

If your copy is a legal copy of NOD32 you should probably contact their support folks. They probably know the inner workings of the software the best. ;)

One thing I would do is try is running an online scanner to see if you are infected with the virus that is preventing the software from running correctly.
