my computer can't recognize this USB when i plug in and I wanna store my data on it...what am I gonna do? When I plug it in the usb storage, allerting sounds is notifying but cant see its added to my removable device. does anyone knows to solve this problem pls.? Thank you

- what is your operating system (which version of Windows)
- what is the type, brand & model of the USB device

If it came with an installation disk you may need to install the drivers, otherwise you can try going to the control panel and installing new hardware and it may be able to find a compatible driver for it.
