I recently bought a new HP computer with LightScribe. As you know you need to have the LightScribe CD/DVD's for it. To burn the lable side you need to have a media program that allows you to burn a label. Nero will allow this and on my HP there is also a media progam called Sonic. Just burn your media as you normally would and then turn the disc upside down in the drive tray. Use whatever program you have to design your label. Then all you have to do is burn it. Depending on how much is on the label, it can take a while to do it. I did a plain label with artists and song titles and it took about 10 minutes.

I hope this was helpful.

Most newer CD/DVD burning software is Lightscribe capable, however, if you are not sure you can download free software from the inventors of this technology :

http://lightscribe.com/

They provide "plugins" to work with your existing burning software as well.

They also have free backgrounds & clipart to create a variey of designs & patterns on Lightscribe CDs.
You can purchase Lightscribe CDs at places like Best Buy or Business Depot.

first you have to make sure you are buying lightscribe capable cd or dvds. Yes, you can use Nero Cover designer for instance, in there you can select lightscribe. And you can design how that cd will look like.
