I want to fill balloons with paint for a paint balloon fight. What kind of paint do I use? This would be for a junior high/high school kids. So it needs to be washable.

any water based paint mixed with more water. that way it washes easier and you won't need as much paint.

use regular paint because u cant use spray paint and use wall paint its more moist

just go to a kid store and get finger paints... they are washable..
