ok so 2 weeks ago i was playig basketball and i jammed my finger really bad..it hurt a lot and it was really swollen i couldn't close my fist. now, it's not swollen anymore, but there's like a slight deformation on the side..it's like bone grew there because it's really solid. it still hurts especially when i grab things or if i play basketball. is the deformation ever going to go away?

I messed up my thumb similarly, and now i enjoy a limited range of flexiblity, but there isn't any deformity...please go to a doctor.

I did this once playing basketball, to my baby finger. The doctor gave it a yank, I yelped, the finger straightened out, and I was on the mend. I would suggest you see a doctor. At the very least you should have an XRAY. Good luck to you.
