Glare? That is such an angry word. I do not glare at anyone that stands out in a crowd. I love to people watch so I would probably take notice of them. But I wouldn't draw any attention to myself or them to cause them embarrassment.

Do you mean glare or stare? Normally you wouldn't be glaring at someone unless you were angry with them and challenging them to confront you. Staring is different and sometimes I can't help myself. Just when I think I've seen it all someone comes along who has more than outdone themselves in the "look at me, I need attention" category. I don't linger with the staring any longer than it takes to break down the scenario and categorize it in my head though.

i might glance at them, but dont stare. it makes me feel wierd.
