I became a member and i try to download their episodes but it doesn't work and most of the times i find forums.

Click on the link on the top that says "Get One Piece"
It will take you to the torrent page that has all of their releases in torrent form.
Just click on the ones you want to download and open it with a torrent downloader (bittorent, azureus, bitcommet)
Unless you want to do as the other person suggestion and try their IRC channel. You'll have to download mIRC. And set that up, then connect to rizon channel and type #kaizoku-fansubs and go into their channel. And after you read how to download off mirc, download it off a bot that has the episodes you want.

I'd suggest using their irc channel if you're trying to download episodes from them. Do a little reading on using mIRC and basic commands for downloading from bots and get the episodes there.
