I can't say I blame you for wanting to build your own casket, wth the prices some of them are.
Did you mean casket or coffin? (The casket is the popular
unit in America, while overseas it is the coffin - the toe pincher as called elsewhere)

I think you should consider saving your money and enjoy your life because if you were living in a different country. You would of supposing built your casket; you are dead and the people who have to bury you may find your casket looking great and auction it off. And just drop you in the hole.
Or in my country where they bury you in your casket and steal it back from you. Then they sell your casket, make back the money you spent or even more and place you on a small mattress in your hole.
So please don't even think about it. enjoy your life and celebrate your life. just like water being very precious in most African countries.
