This is aweful, and there's no right way to fix this, you want to say something, but it could put your friendship on the line. I'm sorry to hear about this. Everyone wants to say 'talk to her about it,' but realistically, you can't (I know). Stay away for a little bit, clear your head, and see what develops. Good luck and take care.

Tell her. And then remind her that you love her BUT...you don't want your kids using that sort of language. Kids mirror situations and they're like little sponges, soaking up all sorts of stuff that you may least suspect!
Lay down the law with your kids in any case. Tell them that no matter what they hear where and whenever, you don't want to hear that from them. This sort of language and rude behavior is totally unacceptable. Back up what you tell them by first setting an example (they model their behavior on the influential adults in their lives, right?) and then, if necessary, with punishment like time-outs or withdrawal of a particular privilege.
As your children grow up they're going to be exposed to all sorts of people and situations which don't fit with your sense of morals or behavior. Explain to them that love and respect (as well as self-respect) are really important qualities to have throughout life. Swearing and being really rude don't reflect or nurture these qualities.
You have every right to ask your friend to modify her language. (Isn't it illegal in some states to use that kind of language in public?) If you don't "nip this in the bud", it'll only get worse, believe me!
Good luck!
