I have played roller hockey for 8 years and I am thinking about starting to play ice hockey. Is it worth it? I am pretty good at roller hockey and I was told it will be like learning from scratch when you make that transition. Should I change? is there anything I can do that will help me with the transition?
p.s. I have ice skated before, I just never was in an ice hockey league.

Go for it!! My son was really good at rollar hockey, recently started to play Ice hockey. He found the transition was not as difficult as he thought it would be!!! Insurance was the only really big issue. Much more expensive!!!!
