Most likely--nothing! It's really common to have cramps early on in (and throughout) your pregnancy. Early on, these cramps are generally caused by your utuerus doubling in size every few days-to-weeks.
Unless you're having extreme pain or bleeding--you're fine!

its fine i get craps all the time. ive been getting them since i was about 4 - 5 weeks pregnant and i am 13 weeks pregnant now. the doc looked at me and told me they were baxton hicks contractions (after several tests) and or its stretching of everything and well i have a healthy 13 weeks old bub in the oven it has a healthy 163 bpm heart beat and has strong movements. nothing is wrong unless the pain gets to much for you or you start bleeding

Totally normal. I am 6 weeks now, and still have cramps on and off. My Ob/Gyn nurse told me that it's due to your uterus stretching. As long as you are not bleeding and the pain is too severe, you are most definitely doing great.
Congratulations and enjoy your pregnancy!

Cramps are normal at this stage of the game, your body is stretching and getting ready to grow for the baby that's coming.

Cramps at this stage are normal unless the pain is excruciating and there is spotting/bleeding.

some cramping is normal in pregnancy so there is no need to be alarmed. unless they are very painful and you are bleeding then there should be no worries.
