Fine the people who employ them 100 times the amount of profit they could potentially make off the backs of EACH of the illegal immigrant workers found in their employ.
Make the employer pay for the costs of deporting the illegal immigrants.
Make the employer establish a health care and education fund for all children born in this country of those illegal immigrants.
Fine the governments of the illegal immigrant's home countries the cost of deporting them or reduce financial aid to those countries by a like amount. Freeze the bank accounts of those governments to enforce the fines.
Put the illegal immigrants on a plane the same day they are caught and fly them to the furthest point in their home countries from our borders and leave them there, whether their government agrees to this or not.
And finally, STOP the nonsense of granting the illegal immigrants constitutional rights! Our constitution is supposed to guarantee and protect the rights of the CITIZENS of this country, not every Tom, Dick or Juanita who sneaks across the damned borders.

I love seeing the people who answer that until we find citizens willing to work for what the illegals make we can't send them home. These are usually the same people that advocate for a higher minimum wage. Why raise the minimum wage if no one is willing to work for that amount of money?
Send them home and salaries will start to increase. They don't just take crappy low paying jobs, but also what used to be higher paying jobs like construction.

Capture them and put them to sleep and embed an explosive chip in them and activate it. Then, send them back over the border. Set a low frequency wire around the border and upon return to the states, boom !!! They will be safe unless they cross the border.
