It probably depends on what kind of technology you refer to.

U.S. News and World Report does a list every year. Just google technology and the magazine title and it should come up.

In the meantime check out schools like MIT, Cal Tech, Harvey Mudd College (yes, that's a real school!) and CalPoly San Luis Obispo. That will give you a good start.

Not in any specific order, my top 5 technology schools are:
MIT, CalTech, Stanford, UC Berkeley, and University of Illinois–Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). But it really depends on what type you are looking for since technology is a broad term.
