between nvidia 7600gs and power color 1650pro with one is better? because I'm in low budget.?

cpu=amd atlon 64 am2
ram=1G
os=window vista ultimate
power supply=450 max

I've just looked at the specs & reviews on both cards .....

DEFENITELY go for the:
nvidia 7600gs

You will not be disappointed.
