Ehen I mean "characters and kids 11-13 " I mean the charactors and actors that look like pre-teens and young teens.
Wearing makeup and clothes you see teenagers wearing.
Are they trying to force kids to grow up faster?

well what question do u want answered?
the reason ad compainies use kids is because kids would think about themselfs playing with the toys
The kids wearing teen clothes is just the ad compaines being unrealistic

I think sometimes its easier to do dialog with kids when they are older. Its hard to get a 4 year old to do what you want when you can find an 11 year old to get the point across.
