If you haven't already gotten the clothing wet, don't. Pour hydrogen peroxide onto the dry clothes directly onto the blood, let it bubble up for about 10 minutes. Do that twice then wash them in cold water with your regular detergent. Before you toss the clothes into the dryer, be sure all the blood is out. You may have to do the peroxide again and launder the clothing a second time.
Hydrogen peroxide is very cheap so I buy 2 bottles at a time and keep them with my laundry stuff. It goes "flat" like soda and becomes ineffective, so be sure to tighten the lid after you use it. If you use it and it's not bubbling, the stuff has gone flat- move on to the new bottle. It costs about $1 for 2 bottles.
Best of luck to you.

Rinse it out with cold water, never use hot. Before you put the clothes in the washer spot treat it with detergent, and make sure the washer is set to cold. If its white, try bleach.
If there is alot of blood, don't wash the clothes with anything else, the blood could stain them.

SALT, soak the garment in cold water , never hot water . Cold water and add salt, leave the garment free from the water until you see the blood lifting. You might have to do this a few times but salt will take the blood stain out
