The click wheel does not work either.

Have you dropped it? You may have permanently broke or ripped the connectivity in the device. Might be time to get a new one sadly.

if you droped it somewhere than sorry.
if not, than you have to restart it.
keep it in HOLD for 5 sec.
then press the center button and the menu button, i think its the menu, if not try the center and play, keep it pressed until a little apple appears.

did you drop it at all? i dropped mine, and the same thing happened to me. nothing on it worked, and eventually, as harsh as it sounds, i hit it on the floor as hard as i could and funny enough it came back lol, but i really DONT recommend doing this lol. you might want to go to apple.com and go to the troubleshoot part and see if that helps. good luck!!!

take it back to the store they should be able to fix it. or you could try leaving it plugged into your computer for a few days without touching it sometimes it will fix itself.

reset it ... idk where the button would be so call customer service or visit the website...
