I feel like I'm getting a bigger tummy. I tested negative on both urine and blood test. Blood test I took, 10 days after possible conception. But I was already showing symptoms. Any ideas. Could I really be pregnant?

urine a blood tests r preety damn accurate if ur still worried go back to ur gp hope all goes in ur favour

It sounds like you tested a little while ago? The bigger question is: have you had your period? If not, you may've tested too early with the blood test & urine.
my suggestion? Wait until your period is late and test... If that's when you tested, then wait 1-2 weeks later, and test again.
If you still haven't gotten your period, it sounds like you definitely could be pregnant-- I'd make an appointment with the DR.
