I've found that sleep is the only real way to get rid of those without spending a fortune, honestly. It's makeup or that. But, if your bags are bad enough that it looks like you have bruises, you might want to see a doctor -- that doesn't sound right for 17. I wouldn't worry, but still, ask the next time you're visiting the doctor. My advice is to get more sleep, even if it seems hard to schedule it in, it's totally worth it.

If I was you I would get food allergy testing done.... They could be allergy shiners. This could be part of the problem with you not sleeping as well...do you get headaches, any problems with your bowels? I would seriously get allergy tests...my son has wheat and dairy allergies and he used to have black eyes before we knew about them..now he doesn't Also my husband has dairy allergies and he used to get dark spots under his eyes and now he only gets them if he eats dairy. Good luck

Well,if it just happens only when you're tired, cold spoons or Preperation H creme might help.
I have the same problem, but with me it's hereditary. The only thing that would help me is a prescription creme.
