What is the term used to describe USA's domination over Europe and the other regions in the world after 50's?

I believe it was called an alliance. The European nations were able to spend all of their treasure on the needs of their populations during those 50 years. The US middle class paid to defend them as well as the US during those 50 years. So, I'm not so sure you should be considering those years as years of domination by the US over Europe.

It's not domination. It's LEADERSHIP. Many nations look to us for aid in one form or another. They look to us for protection.
