I just started getting a cough/runny nose yesterday. Is there anyway to get over it faster?

You can't- A cold is a virus and you just have to wait for it to run its course and leave your body. Just drink lots of fluids and get some rest to help with the side effects.

Vitamin C, Echinacea, I heard garlic and ginger works really good, oregano oil...put 2 drops in your juice and drink it once a day, there are lots of herbal remedies =]
