My husband id driving me in sane! He has sooo much to do and instead of doing it he is watching court T.V. He keeps whining saying how stressed out he is about school. He has homework and a payroll to do but he is sitting on the couch!He just had me do his homework and he is still sitting on the couch! Now COPS is on- AAAAAHHHHHHH! Any advice to get him up and motivated?

I wouldn't mind having a wife willing to do my homework.

Well, instead of trashing your husband let me give Kudos to you! Every relationship requires at least one mature individual that can stay that way even in stressful times. I'm not saying your husband is immature, maybe a little weird on the channel choices? Everyone needs a vacation from reality every now and again. I guess it's his turn. I did this once and my wife gave me some good advice. And my head hurt for an hour! One good slam up side the head and a "snap out of it" was all I needed. Lets hope that's all he needs.

Blast the T V with a shot gun, or a least threaten to do so. For the threat to be most effective, let your husband see you chamber a round and take the safety off. I know what I'm talking about because I love COPS and court T V too.

Stop doing his homework and he will have to at least do that his self and maybe, just maybe he will find the motivation to get more done. You could also cancel cable.

well i watch court tv too forensic files , investgaters ,cops but i turn tv off to do studying as i go to ged classes but after that my court tv has to be on till i go to bed so i can't advise you good but turn tv off till he does his own homework

Sounds like is just trying to unwind and relax......or he is just lazy LOL. Well I don't think you should be doing his homework for him.....but since you did....walk into the room...change channels......and CALMLY hand him a dish towel and say" well since I had to do your homework now you can do mine honey" Sit down and YOU "Unwind" hehehehe
