Kamil means perfect in Arabic. And why is Kamil shy? well I am sure it doesnt have anything to do with his name. Is he always shy or just when he is around you?

when he/she meets a norther person they get shy so when you meet kamil he/she was shy because you guys just meet. try not to be shy the nexted time you meet somebody that you don't know. but the nexted time you see kamil go up and talk to he/she about what he/she does, what does he/she like etc..
so don't be shy to people when you meet them.
