im kinda in that situation

for 3 days....well it depends on you really You could be feeling very very hyper right now. I know with me the less sleep I get the more hyper I am till I totally crash.

Your vision may be getting a bit fuzzy round the edges and you may experience "tunnel hearing" I know it sounds odd but its the only way I can describe it. Like you can zone out on sounds. You may feel restless and achey. Almost zombie like with your limbs.

If you cant crash yet or arent ready...you may feel like a brown haze is kinda setteling over your movements...I know all this sounds really messed up, but its very hard to describe the feelings. If you are having them then you know what I mean.

Your body will shut itself down eventually as long as you arent taking anything to physically keep you awake...such as caffine or dare I say it ...meth. The more substances you use to stay awake the harder youll crash and youll do it for longer too. If you crash from normal wakefulness 8-10 hours of sleep should have you back up to normal. If you crash from substance use....you could sleep for couple days.

Is there a particular reason you have been up for 3 days now? Is it just insomnia? If it is that will pass try to rest for a few hours a day at least till it does. even if you cant sleep lay down close the door turn off the light let your brain recharge for a few hours.

If its not insomnia and some other medical reason you should call a dr they have some good meds for sleep that can probably help you. Untill the medical reason can be figured out.

Firstly, if you're doing something in order to not sleep for 3 days straight, STOP DOING IT. There's a pretty good chance you'll drop to sleep in the middle of something--whether it be driving, working, etc. It could possibly harm you or someone around you.

If you're not doing something, it's likely you're really pissed off. Lie in a bed and count sheep.

Get some sleep, dude.

I can tell you exactly because I've had insomnia when you lose sleep you begin to become wound up and edgy and you start to stress about falling asleep,sometimes you may need to get help from a dr.Try Sleepy Time Tea at grocery store and meditate

Tried that once when on a long TDY. By the dawn of the third day my teeth felt like they were too heavy to carry in my mouth. My eyes were shrivelled raisins. My combat boots felt encased in lead. My tool box weighed a ton. And my brain was melted.

I prayed to GOD to help me get through that shift and promised to skip meals, showers and bathroom breaks in order to sleep if He would get me through that spell of Hell.

Right now you are in the "too tired to sleep mode". Don't worry, you'll exhaust yourself and will crash soon. If you are up for 3 to 4 more days, you will start to get paranoid delusions and/or delusions of grandeur.

Your body will not be able to function properly. You'll either fall asleep standing, or your body will not take it and you will start developing weird symptoms and develop a risk of becoming an insomniac.

Get some sleep

your immune system will go down, and if you don't go to sleep soon, you might start to get dillusional. Is there a reason why you can't sleep? Try drinking some valerian tea. Hope that you can get some good night's rest soon! :)

You'll get these dark ugly circle under your eyes,and then your whole body will feel like your carry a small monkey on your back then you will speak but the words will come out all jumbled. You'll then forget who you are and what your name is and start calling yourself Shirley.....shall I go on???

your body begins to shut down and you sleep whether you like it or not. You may not be tired now.....but you just wait. you will either faint because you are SOOOO overly tired or you will just fall asleep watching TV or something and you wont even notice. much luck staying awake=)

well you need to eat proper.your body may malfunction such as some people may not digest correctly.votiming can occur.bags under your eyes.and almost anything else because your body goes crazy and stuff malfunctions
