What is proper break in for a new tranny? When can I pull a trailer with it?

I would recommend at least 500 miles before towing a trailer.

What type of vehicle, and trans. is it anyway?

Look at your owner's manual; but generally it is 1000 miles.

I don't quite see what a person's sexuality, post operative or otherwise, has to do with their pulling capacity.
