A roadie does the tech stuff and unloads the bands equipment. A groupie follows the band around and services "the equipment " if you know what I mean.

If you know why do you ask?
Roadies are the people who set up and take down the bands equipment and can include the sound guy and the lights/effects guys and such.
Groupies are women (and now a days men I suppose) who follow the band hoping for some of that.
