Nero also does DVD's as well CD's and you can make DVD movies and videos with it

if you want to burn dvds that work in dvd players then this is the best of the free dvd flick

there are plenty of converting applications and dvd authoring applications .. and burning applications ... it depends on what exactly u are doing ... try videohelp.com ...
