to bve honest ... i would go for the phone less people have so... thats not much help as they are two popular fones....... but the razr is getting old now ..... it would be rather weird gettin an old phone . and the chocolate is like revolutionary as it has touch screen buttons...
make ur decision

i have a few friends that have had their razr's break on them. and the chocolate is cooler looking in my opinion.

I depend's on what you like I would go with the Chocolate. But I'm not the one gonna be using the phone everyday. So you have my opinion. But It's really your choice.
