What are some similarities and differences between you and the people who are in leadership positions in your community? Do you feel minority group interests are represented within your community?

I am in a leadership position in my community, and being a minority myself, i try to represent the interests of all people within the community. In my opinion I was elected to keep the best interest of the general public, so i must take in the ideas of everyone.
