Dumb people probably are unable to help being "dumb" so I definitely don't hate them. People who are wilfully stupid and ignorant irritate me. But conservative "uptight" people who have the blinkers on all the time really irritate me.
That said, I don't actually hate anyone/

Hate is a very strong word.
I dislike the qualities of all of those people; however, dumb people annoy me the most.

I am going to go with Ignorant people.
Dumb people often know they are dumb.
Uptight people often know they are uptight.
Ignorant peope are often dumb, uptight, and completely ignorant to it all.
