the toilet seat up, my member in hand, aim into the bowl and let go until totally expressed.

My usual position is standing up.
However after years of being whipped over same, and graddual need to urinate more frequently at night, I now sit to pee on those night time occasions in order to prevent missing the bowl in the dark. This tends to mean that I take more time and drain better anyway.. so there is some saving practicality to this embarrasing fact.
Oh, yes, after I have peed sitting down, I lift the toilet seat... old habits die hard you know.
