It should be in caller options. On a Nokia phone you go in through the Call Options and it shows up as something like "Send ID": you can turn this off and your ID will be hidden. Alternatively if you're on BT/O2, you can check on the website for what 3-digit number you enter before the number you're dialling, and it will block the number for free.
