That I can remember off the top of my head:
Game Shows: Jeopardy!, Deal or No Deal, The Price is Right
Talk Shows: The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Craig Ferguson's late night show, Carson Daly's late night show.
Sitcoms: George Lopez, According to Jim
You have to get tickets to all of them, they are usually free, but sometimes you have to stand in line at the studio.

MADTV (FOX-that would be my choice) , the Late late show w/ C. F.(CBS), The tonight show (nbc), Jimmy Kimmel live (abc),
a slew of game shows.....Ellen (syndicated) ...I think for most of the late night talk shows you have to ask for tickets months in advance... but probably not all of them... the game shows shot at CBS sometimes go fishing for audience members at the farmer's market in LA. search out a recent article from the NYTimes that chronicles the experience to going to "live "tv shows ( like SNL) , you might reconsider trying to go.
