San Francisco. It is more picturesque, and more sights to see.

San Fran. I've never been there, but I currently live in Phoenix, and I've visited Denver. I've heard great things about San Fran. It is way too hot in Phoenix from late March to about mid September. If you are into golf and high-end resorts, you might decide on Phoenix, otherwise choose one of the other two options.

My personal preference is San Fransisco out of the three. There are so many diverse places to visit from Fisherman's Wharf and China Town, the nearby redwood forrest, wine country tours, Haight Ashbury and so on. You can't go wrong. Something for everybody and easy to fill 7 days.

San Francisco, there's so much to see and do that you could spend a month here and still not see it all. Come and enjoy!!
