the disc cannot be started.the region code is not correct.

it's a psp and it only does it with resident evil umd movie's it plays games fine.thanks

i live in the united states and it wont play a movie i got from the local game store. could the movie be from another region or the psp?

If u got the game from another country or someting like that, than u cant play it. It happened to me when I got a PS2 from Mexico and couldnt play games here.

PSP games are region free. UMD movies are not region free.
