The car seat clips on to the chasis of the pram, then there is the carry cot and then the pram for when they are older.......
It was great, my sister used it for her twins and I have it back now and its still like new, my mate borrows it occasionly.....it is fab

I was had a list of requirments for my pram and pushchair and the best I found was the Bugaboo. Ok so its a bit more expensive than some but I've had mine 18 months now and it has been used every day, is light enough to steer with one hand when need be.
From birth the pram body is quite traditional look and the baby faces you. The baby lies flat, not crumpled up in a car seat or facing away from you in a buggy.
The Maxi Cosi car seats fits onto the chassis with ease when needed which makes it handy for the car but to be honest I prefered my son lying flat in the proper pram bit.
It changes into a pushchair really easily when your ready, around 6 months. Again the baby can either face you or you can face them away when you want. The handle flips over so you can put the big wheels at the front for rougher terrain. I've used that loads and I live in town!
The acsossories are quite pricey so I didn't bother with any. A footmuff of a regular stroller fitted it fine and look great rather than paying the £80 for the proper bugaboo one!
Its a great looking pram, a lot of people say they don't like it though and thats people tha haven't had one and think they are to expensive. Mines was just over £600 and for something that has been used daily since my son was born and will be used for another couple of years yet, I think its worth it!
Its suspension is great so baby has a really smooth ride unlike some ones with plastiv frames and wheels. I feel sorry for the wee babies in these rattly bumpy things!

We had one! It was called a 3 in 1 though, not a travel system. I would have thought you could still get them, but I'm not in the baby business anymore!
Mine was a Mamas and Papas which consisted of a chassis on which clipped the car seat, or the carry cot, or the push chair. All of them could be put on facing forwards or backwards! Bought it in Summer 2000.
Just remembered that we bought a Graco tandom pushchair in 2002, which you could buy a seperate car seat which clipped onto the tandom (double) pushchair. However the pushchair part was all facing forwards and not towards the person pushing the pram. The back of the hood had a window in it though, so I could see if baby was okay!

We have a storller by Kolcraft that the seat faces both directions depending on how you lock it in. You can also take the seat out and attche a bar that will have the car seat carrier clip onto it. We love the seat because you can recline it or set it up depending on if the baby is awake or sleeping.

have you looked at the mamas and papas pramette, we got one for our bubs due soon, for newborn it is a pram style so baby will lay down facing you, a car seat can be attached when baby is sleeping in car and you dont want to disturb them, then when baby a bit bigger you just flip the seat round with a few zips and folding and it turns into a pushchair suitable up to 3 yrs old
and they come in fabulous designs!! have a look and see what you think

i might initiate with a vet circulate to, and persist with their instructions. For this nighttime, even in spite of the shown fact that, shop it heat by putting a towel in a small container, and in keeping with hazard a heating pad below the container. you would be up all nighttime with it, and could comprehend whilst to feed it, it is going to initiate meowing like there is not any day after today. you may run to wal-mart and %. up some kitten milk replace formulation and a watch or ear dropper, or a cat bottle. this could be the perfect ingredient to feed it. i might in basic terms feed it till it acts like it does not choose any further. be careful in case you wind up getting between the droppers. make certain the kitten quite swallows the KMR as a replace of respiration it.

A Bugaboo! The child can face either you or the world as you walk. There is an option for an attachment for the car seat to be clipped in and you can do it so the baby is facing you. here is a website, hope it's helpful!

here is a pic of the car seat facing you as you push:

Have a look at the Graco pushchairs. They're reasonably priced and very reliable. Also they're really east to use and push.
