A needle or straight pin, or even a push-pin from your bulletin board will work. You put a tiny hole in the skinny end of the egg, a little bigger, but still small, hole in the wider end of the egg. Use a needle to puncture and break up the yolk. Blow really hard, some of it will come out easily, some will be a little harder to get out. Once you've blown all of it out that you can, run a little water carefully into the egg through the larger of the two holes, to rinse it out. Let it dry. Practice makes perfect, eggs are cheap fortunately!

you have to have a sharp, long, skewer, or something similar, and you stick it all the way through the egg, and you blow through the top hole and all of the stuff inside will fall out the bottom. you actually have to blow quite hard, so, don't think your did it wrong or anything.

you need to find a way to put a hole in the bottom and the top without breaking the egg(cracking) i usually use a screw. then put your mouth to one and and put the other over a bowl or something (so the yolk won't get everywhere) and blow.

it is very hard to do without a special tool. DO NOT TRY THE STRAW METHOD.
