Put on your swimsuit whenever you feel like it's warm enough to swim. It doesn't matter if your using an indoor pool, but when swimming at the beach, make sure that you're not the only there. Have a nice summer!!! (...it will come soon)

it depends on you, there are those that go for a dip in there swim suits or skinny dipping in a pool made by breaking the ice first.
I seem to recall 10 or 12 degrees celsius was as cold as the water was allowed to be for practicing lifesaving in the uk in open water. believe you me it felt very cold ad couldt wait to get out to get warm.
if you get goose bumps in your cosy or feel cold, then it aint warm enough to be wearing it.
