You can either spend the money on a dermatologist or a few at home treatments can help. Exfoliating can help a lot it removes the top layer of your skin as well as dead skin that is there. A mixture of honey, salt and olive oil is what I use and it is wonderful. The honey moisturizes and both honey and salt kill bacteria which will help prevent acne and even out your face. Also an at home chemical peel is amazing and will do the same only it is stronger. I use both and mt face is smooth and clear from acne and my scars are not noticeable anymore. Unless your scars are very bad.

I use to work in a dermatologist office and he started using laser to remove acne scars, spider veins ect..and I was one of the ones he tried the laser on before actually doing it to patients, but, it was for scars and spider veins, and it worked great. It isn't cheap, but, it's not that high either and I saw really remarkable results, some people took more than one treatment if it's really bad, but, if you do decide to do this, make sure they are well qualified, check into their credibility, ask other patients ect...and make sure they tell you how many procedures you might need, or how many times of laser to actually get rid of all of them....but, it's not that bad to get it done, you look horrible at first after the laser which they give you something to put on your face or whereever that numbs it, and when I got it, it mostly just felt like needle sticks, but, not so bad I wouldn't do it all over again....just make sure you know up front the dr. and how much it's going to cost to get the results you are looking for...because, they might give you a price for one treatment, and then you need more, and then you don't know or are maybe getting over your head with what you can afford, a dentist did that to me...but, usually, you hurt, which they will give you something, then in a week or so you go back, and you swell and are blue and such but, after a few weeks, you are back to normal and no more scars...he even got rid of a huge scar on my knee from when I was young and fell, which he only did one treatment...good luck

You can buy some of those fading creams. They also work for blemishes. Oil of Olay just came out with a cream that is supposed to fade age spots, and I am sure it will work for acne marks too. There are a lot of toning products too that reduce red marks on the face. Some are very inexpensive. I hope that you will find something that works. I just cover mine with make-up.

you could do laser treatments, but those can be expensive. if they're not overly noticeable, you can definitely go out to any pharmacy and pick up "polysporin" or "neosporin" it speeds up the healing of cuts and scrapes but is really effective on minimizing the appearance of scars. i use it on my face all the time! even when i get a zit, using it helps it heal faster and doesn't leave a mark :) good luck

Use proactive. It really works. It lightens scars and prevents new ones from appearing. You should also apply a cocoa butter stick to your face every night. You can buy "black soap" or "Shea butter soap". It's great for clearing the skin and keeping it clear.

as people have said before fading creams are everywhee just dont choose one that is too oily, i find it causes mroe breakouts which is definitely not desirable
Also try taking zinc, it helps maintains healthy glowing skin and speeds up the healing of scars.

You can get lazer treatments...other than that I don't know of a way to get "rid" of them...vitamin E rubbed on, helps to lighten scars.
