i would make it better place. stop wars. feed the poor. and during the last 59 minutes would answer questions in answers ;)

i dont understand your question, but ithink you mean 'what would you do if you could rule the world for an hour?'
there are a few things, but im sure i cant do them all in one hour...so i would do these, #1 the one that i want most and the last one the one i want to do the least, depending on how long it takes to do each thing.
1. end world hunger everywhere
2. make sure there is peace everywhere
3. end all racism and bullying
4. make sure everyone got shelter
5. make sure everyone has clothing
6. make sure everyone has medicine(if they need it)
7. make sure the ozone layer wont be destroyed

Pass a law that could not be repealed meaning that travel been countries was easier and cheaper for everyone.
And during my hour encourage people to be more understanding of each other (their fellow countrymen included) and other religions and people's way of life.
In a nutshell a would promote tolerence!

I would dispose of rapists, child abusers and murderers. Make appointments for all state spongers to be sterilized. Make all unemployed take any job how ever small it was. Thats just for starters haha

An hour is not enough so the first thing I would do is to kick some @sses,like governors etc.

I would beam myself to iraq, take all the innocent peaceful citizens out of harms way and then proceed to win the war with a blast of fury!!!

I would spend the hour distributing the wealth of all countries so that not one person on the planet would have to live in poverty.
