Where are some good sites for n64 and/or gba roms?

I use the project64 emulator.

At the moment, just use Nintendo's Wii Shop Channel. You don't need to go to the armpits of the internet to get there and the games themselves are a whole lot more playable on a TV screen. Plus, the chances are that you'd play the game longer if you've paid money for it as opposed to mindlessly downloading it.
No matter how you slice it, downloading ROMs is copyright infringement and its something that's indirectly hurting the industry.
