i received a notice of my finale uncontested divorce hearing..
im in orlando,fl .. my wife is in miami where the petition was made ...
do i have to be present for this ..

since it is uncontested then no. just make sure you have read and agree with everything in the paperwork. if you find something that you didn't agree to then you need to show up. best of luck

If everything is 'uncontested' and you don't have anything you'd like to change or 'contest' in the outcome regarding child chustody, child support, or property division, no, you don't have to be there.
